The bail process can be overwhelming. Here is a little information to help you understand the process.

* Bail bond premium is NON-REFUNDABLE.

* Bail bond premium is typically 10% but can be up to 15% of the actual bond amount.

* Most bails can be done without the need of any collateral.

* You must be 18 years of age or older to post bail for an individual.

* The entire bail bond process can take some time to complete, be patient. We do it right the first time.

* We do offer financing, (provided by an outside vendor) if necessary and approved by the company.

* We accept cash, all major credit cards and most online payment sources.

* Please understand that while we try make the process as easy as possible,

there are requirements that need to be satisfied prior to any bond being posted.

* Don't be misled by the 10% option offered for any bail by the court. It seems to cause some confusion. The 10% option means that the court has given you the option to post the 10% in full, at the court or detaining facility.
